Joanna Venetch founded Hana Solutions in 2020 to help alternative investment firms navigate the independent broker-dealer and RIA landscape. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, she has guided the marketing of a broad range of investment solutions, including mutual funds, structured notes, cash management products, real estate and development offerings, and tax-managed strategies such as oil and gas investments and 1031 DSTs.  

Joanna currently serves as President-Elect of ADISA’s Board of Directors (www.adisa.org).  She earned her degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, resides in Los Angeles, CA, and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
